How It Works

Before Picture Day

• Your photographer will call you to discuss Picture Day details.
• 2 Weeks Before Picture Day: Picture Day Posters Reminder arrive at your school. Immediately hang Picture Day Posters.
• 1 Week Before Picture Day: Send Parent Reminder Cards home.
• 1 Day Before Picture Day: Remind parents that “Picture Day is Tomorrow”.

On Picture Day:

• Your photographer will work with you to ensure an easy, convenient, and successful Picture Day.
• Provide your photographer with Class Rosters.
• Review any special needs with your photographer.
• Provide your photographer with information for siblings to be photographed together.

After Picture Day:

• Proofs with a QR code, gallery link & password will arrive at your school within 1 1/2 weeks of your Picture Day.
• Hang “ORDER DUE DATE” posters in school.
• Parents Order Online: Families order pictures online through a provided gallery link. Galleries expire after 2 weeks.
• Finished Portrait Orders are delivered directly to parents.
