Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to your photo date or are subject to a cancellation fee.
Once you have booked our services, it is a commitment by both parties to have Busy Bee Portraits as the photographer for your School. If any other schools inquire about the date/dates you have reserved, they are turned away. The date/dates are exclusively reserved for your school/schools. If you cancel the dates you have committed to, without sufficient notice, we cannot guarantee we will be able to fill dates that had been exclusively reserved for your school, which of course is a big loss of income.
If you just wish to reschedule your dates, we will do our best to accommodate you with sufficient notice.
