Preschool Photography Safety Precautions During COVID-19
We will be resuming our Fall Photography Schedule and following enhanced safety protocols from the CDC and local governments for the protection of students, and staff.
These new processes follow the guidelines and recommendations written by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), U.S. Department of Health (HHS), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards related to COVID-19.
Face coverings are recommended while students and staff are waiting to be photographed. During the photo session, masks may be removed to be
photographed.
Face coverings are required for parent volunteers. If you have any questions about our safety protocols, please contact us. If government mandates require any further closures, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Safety Steps on Picture Day
• Photographers will wear a mask.
• Photographers will carry essential sanitization items.
• Photographers will disinfect props, surfaces, and equipment throughout
the day.
• Photographers will follow new posing and social distancing requirements.
We are taking these extra safety precautions because the health and safety of your students and staff is important to us.
We have missed your smiles and look forward to seeing you soon!
